Service Swop
Join us for our first ‘Service Swop’ on August 12th. Jack, Alex and Luke are all heading out into the bar and restaurant while the Front of House team are going to run the kitchen service that evening.
Can the kitchen boys shake a cocktail, and can FOH get all the plates out on time?!
Booking essential, pay what you think it’s worth… no pressure at all on FOH.

Bank Holiday Lunch with Newick Wine Estate
We are delighted to announce a ‘Bank Holiday Lunch’ with Newick Wine Estate on Saturday 29th August.
A 3 course lunch created by Le Flamant Head Chef Jack Green, served alongside fabulous wines from Newick Estate’s first harvest.
Dining al fresco within the vines, with a fabulous view of the Newick countryside.
Tickets are limited and go on sale 27th July.

Jackson Heron
Head Chef
A true talent, Jackson joins us from Kinsbrook Vineyard where he was Head Chef. Prior to that he was right hand man to Matt Gillan at Heritage and sous chef to Michael Bremner at Brighton’s beloved 64 degrees. He has also worked at renowned London restaurants The Typing Room and City Social.
Jackson has a passion for our neighbourhood restaurant vision: ‘I want everyone who comes here to fall in love with the food, to have that warm sense of welcome, and to leave wanting to come back again and again’.
